Requirements for Sous Chefs:
Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable, punctual and self-motivated - Desire to continuously learn, grow and strive to create a positive and fulfilling atmosphere
Must be able to work well with others and individually, and have a positive attitude
Must possess an attention to detail and a pride for cleanliness and organization
Must have legitimate knowledge of Italian cusisine, and also a strong capacity to learn
Must be able to endure physical and high stress situations
