We are searching for individuals who are confident in their skills and wish to learn more. Our chefs work a station every night, and cross train other stations. Daily tasks include:
- prepping your station
- organizing reach-ins, freezers, walk ins,
- receiving inventory, checking product
-completing tasks in addition to self monitored prep lists

Please Note:
The ideal candidate for this position has 2-4 years of hot line experience, cooking from scratch in Italian cuisine. We are seeking an individual preferably with a culinary degree who is in the industry as a career and looking to expand their knowledge while obtaining long term gainful employment.
